Side dishes?

What are some good side dishes? 10 months post op. Do not like rice. Fruit. Or shrimp.

I'm pretty boring, that said I usually just have streamed or raw veggies. Oh and Costco has a sweet kale salad (sold in the refrigerated veggie section there) that I'm obsessed with these days!

Also (again I'm lazy) they also have a quinoa spinach mix that's really good (frozen section)
