My doctor's office said that for the first three months do chewable and then try whole. I use Celebrate multi-complete Forest berry flavor and like them alot.

All depends on your program. Mine had us start week 4 post op...taking chewable with the puree foods.

Could switch to pill form about week 6ish..but they all made me not feel so well.

I was sleeved on Dec4 and have been swallowing the vitamins for a week now.

When you put them in the shake, the entire shake tastes yuck. Try crushing the pills and taking them with a small amount of pudding or yogurt. It will taste bad, but then you can kill the taste with sips from your protein shake.

My vitamins are capsules so it's difficult to do anything. I did get some chewable Bariatric ones today so I'm going to do those for a bit. Thanks all of you for the info. Good luck
