just keep sipping!!!

I also just started week 2. As of Saturday I am down 8 pounds :) I had a period of lightheadedness last night but it passed. I'm keeping with my shakes but I'm not that interested in them.

i had a two week pre op diet, so the first week was two shakes a day plus 64 oz of fluid with a small meal at night and this second week is all liquids. so for like dinner i was eating a hand size portion of protein and with 3 hand fulls of veggies, any way i wanted but no butter only seasoning light salt with snacks in between my shakes
