I had my post OP with my surgeon today. I healing well I've lost 18 lbs in the last 4 weeks. I've graduated to more solid foods (yes!) And I can almost breathe without pain! So off to a good start.

Sounds like you are healing well and off to a fabulous start, that is awesome. I remember the breathing too, it seemed the port was sticking me in the lungs at first, lol. But, as you are now seeing, it does get better with time. I wish you much success!

Sounds like things are going well...congrats....and CONGRATS on moving on to more solids!

Glad your doing so well. I am doing better also. After my incesion came open I finally got stitches Tuesday and antibiotics, today it looks like it is trying to close finally. So I think I am on my way also. We are still on liquids until 3 1/2 wks in, I don't know I can make it. But I am good.
