Just be honest, and try not to worry about it! I know I was pretty nervous about mine, just not knowing what to expect. They are really trying to just make sure that you are ready to make the changes that will be necessary for this surgery and that you have some sort of support system.

I was nervous, but then I found the questions in the booklet so silly I took a picture of one of the pages to show hubby when I got home. The 15 min. talk was just like chatting with a friend. No big deal.

Don't sweat it. I found the eval to be a very positive experience (other than the annoying paperwork). I have an established rapport with a respected professional. A shoulder to lean on if needed in the future.

Oops I got it mixed up it was my nutrition app. Fri. Not the phsyc. App. That went fine. I guess I'm nervous, getting closer to getting a surgery date. Don't want to come this far to be told sorry you did not pass! I know I have to not think to much about it & just be honest. Thank you all
