I do. It's amazing how fast the year went by too.

I see all these new November people going in for surgery everyday here and really it just feels like it was yesterday.

I am so much happier now not t mention smaller

Oops sent to fast! I'm presleeve so seeing Your transformation is very encouraging. How is your life been since the surgery what foods do tend to eat or crave most are you able to eat salads

I'm a big salad eater if you can imagine. Also how was your recuperation from the surgery how long did you take off from work?

One year out Nov. 6th..176 lbs down and pushing toward my goal.....It has been a long hard year for me bbut I feel better then I ever have in 25 years....Wish I could have done this 5 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
