November 5, 201312 yr Author What did or do you have to do before surgery? As far as what ? Like all my testing or as far as diet ? Or both?
November 6, 201312 yr Author Both please Blood Work , GI Test , Gastric Emptying Study , sleep Study, Psych and Nutrition ... I think that is it !! And diet is two weeks before surgery. Weeks up to the two weeks before is high Protein low carb diet Week 1: 2 bariatric shakes a day and one meal Week 2: all bariatric shakes 3 days before: all Clear liquids Nothing before surgery the night before My whole process has been pretty fast.. November 6, 201312 yr Wow that was pretty fast. Congrats on getting a date for surgery. That is fast! I started my 6 months of appts in May and I JUST got approved today!! All of these appointments are SO worth it! I am so ready for this life changing event!
December 18th is my surgery day !! So excited
