Hang in there..follow what your doctor tells you to do..When you start eating more solid foods...This will make a big difference.. ( :

I am in love w the protein shake mix from complete nutrition..they r low in sugar ..carbs .and they come in great flavors and taste great..not powdery...I mix them w milk and can get 40 to 60 grams of protein on a shake...I have tried smores..banana cream..cookies and cream...they will also give u samples to try before you buy..very reasonably priced..it surprised me..

I was off exactly 3 weeks..could have gone back at 2 weeks if I took it easy..hope that helps

I was sleeved on 17th.lost 12 pounds and have stayed at that weight about 5 days now..I drink fluids and protein shakes to keep energy up..keep getting fluids and protein sources so u wont feel weak..( :

I was sleeved the 17..went to lunch tday at a mexican restaurant w friend..well I could only order bean soup and I caught myself salting the chips as if I was going to eat them..just bfore I put a chip in my mouth I said crap....what am I doing..old habits ( : the way we feel and look will be worth the effort...( :

I was sleeved on dec 17..so im one day ahead..I have been sipping g2 or propel to keep electrlytes in me..my only source of protein is in yogurt and shakes...just focus on the fluids more than anything..my blood sugar a little low last 2 mornings but when we r able to eat solid food this will help..I also had diarrea ..lots of changes and body doesnt have muxh food in it..hope u r better ( :

I was sleeved the 17th..we are allowed pureed foods with my surgeon when we leave hospital..I ate half a yogurt this morning and was full..thinned creamed soups..pudding..thinned malt o meal or mashed potatoes

So good to follow ur progress..I will have surgery tuesday...I have last minute jitters about surgery..not about decision..just about healing..I will have 3 weeks off..I am thinking thats enough time.( :
