Sitting at a stall and frustrated!

One day 301, next 303, next 302, next 301. It's been like this for almost 2 weeks now!!!

So frustrated. How do we break these? I am eating no more or less than I normally have and I'm working out. I just wanna get under 300 for God sake. lol Why couldnt I stall at 295?

I did the same thing at 206.... what got me going was to increase my exercise intensity.... started interval jogging instead of just walking..... it started moving again... down to 185 now... and at a stall again... trying to think what I can do now to up my game :)

I kept stalling like every other week, so I just started paying closer attention to what was going in - I dont cheat, but sometimes the calories were higher than I like - and what was being burned off. It seems to help when I focus on those things a little more.

I usually will change things up for a few days if I'm stalled and I've been doing basically the same thing. I'll up my carbs for a couple of days then drop them back down, or I'll focus on increasing my protein to > 100 gm a day for a few days. Sometime it just takes me changing something up just a little for me to get the scale back moving again. It seems like I stall right at the cusp of the next set of 10's. I did it at 300, 250, 230, 220. Now I'm between 214 and 211.9. I haven't seen 210 since college but maybe even high school. I am so impatient for it! Keep at it, the stall will break. I stalled 3 times in the first 3 months and now I'm down a total of 120 pounds. It's no fun but it won't last forever.
