odd pain is this normal?

I was sleeved on Oct 14 and released 3 days later. After a few days at home I began to have chest pain if I took a deep breath. My doctor advised to to continue taking my ppi and increase my gas-ex and this actually helped. However, the pain is now felt in my lower left back area. Again only when I inhale deeply. Besides this I feel absolutely great. No nausea, no vomiting, no fever. I am not on any pain meds. I have regular bowel movements daily. Im getting in all my fluids and protein. Mostly still liquid diet but some applesauce, yogurt, etc. Anyone else experience anything like this?
