I just got my January date and I'm going through Dr. Mirza on Westheimer.

I used to live in Livingston and still come down every once in a while but I live up in Corsicana now, I'm 3 weeks post op!

I'm right smack in the middle of Houston! If you ever come this far, give a holler! I love meeting new people.

I'm doing great but my surgery date is taking forever to get here (Jan. 6). How are you doing??

How was your experience with the surgery and how are you doing now?

I did not any complications. A month out I have never threw up. I was back at work after a week I have lost 25 Lbs I am 5'7" weight 229 on my surgery date during week 3 I hit a stall but just stared working out. I have more energy looking forward to going down to about 170

No problems here. Never puked once! I'm nearly 2 months out and I've lost 56# hoping to lose 70 more. I love my sleeve!!!

I am considering Dr. Mirza as well

I live in Houston. I was sleeved Sept 27, 2013. I had my surgery in Mexico. I'm down 75 pounds.

I'm really nervous and a bit excited. But everything is done except packing a bag and going there. So that helps~

I was sleeved Dec 19th...2 week posst op by Dr Hollis .....I live in Pearland, south side of Houson

I'm in west Houston and I'm scheduled for surgery on January 20. I would love to know of any support groups in the Houston area. I need to be ready!

Check with your doctor or hospital to see if they have any support groups. Memorial southeast does....I think the 3rd Wednesday night of the month. They have one this Wednesday.
