I'm 3 months out and have lost 34 lbs. I've stalled at least 3 times for 12+ days each time and I am doing my water protein, walking/biking and less than 700 calories. I started at 230 lbs and am 195

TvlGrl, are you on any kind of meds that may need to be adjusted? Don't get discouraged, i lose weight slowly too but it does come off, I see from your ticker that you are one of the "smaller people"

I was lightheaded for quite some time after my surgery and I to got in all my protein etc. You still call your doctor but hopefully it is just you recovering still.

Im 10 weeks out - only lost 29 lbs total (yes, I know thats alot more than I would without the surgery, but its still not alot considering I had surgery). I feel lightheaded many times throughout the day, everyday.
So yes, more water, more Protein, more exercise, but could that small of a deficit be causing my constant stalls and lightheadedness? Has anyone else had these issues?
Help and advice please, no ridiculing - Im having a hard enough time keeping my head up right now. Thanks!
