Week 3 post op

I'm 3 weeks post op an I'm already down 42lb pounds since surgery i feel fantastic all my clothes are too big for me already

I'm three weeks, 2 days post op, and have lost 30 lbs. My clothes are much loser and I can wear stuff that was too small for me. I'm currently in a stall, though. :(

Wow, that is great. I am 2wks 3 days post-op and have lost 15lbs. What tips can you both give for getting the weight to come off faster. I am getting my protein and walking every other day about a mile. Thanks for any input. Congrats to you both.

I can say just keep staying active n make sure you keep getting your small meals in

An yea I feel great I lost 27lbs the first week lost 6 lbs the second week an this week I started doin more things n I lost 9lbs this week so yes stay active n make sure you feed your body with nutrients

I'm three weeks post op and lost 21. I lost 25 on my pre op diet. I guess my body needs to catch up.
