Walking is the best thing you can do. You can also try stretching.

Thanks a bunch...I have been walking like crazy but I haven't started stretching. I will give that a try. Does it ever get better?

I'm 7 days post op and all I did to relieve my gas pain was walk. Walk outside, walk around your living room, just walk it definitely helps.

Walking helped me. It does get better. Hang in there.

Thanks so much...I increased my Water intake as well. That seemed to help move it around :)

In addition to walking cause sometimes early out let's face it you feel weak or the meds have you tired, I would lay on myside and just rock rock rock and that really helped cause when I stood to walk after the rocking the gas would pass. All the best to you!
