In the first week (as soon as on puréed)

Well chewed gummy-vites a few days post.

I started my chewables as soon as possible after surgery.

i'm 3 weeks post op and can't stomach my vits yet lol.

Started day I came home from hospital. Maybe try a different kind

It was nearly a month before i could stomach them fully. i managed on one a day in the evening with my biggest 'meal'. even then it made me nauseated. Now i am ok with the capsules, the chewables still bother me--go figure. I just realized that three capsules are the usual dose. i have been doing two. need to follow directions but my Y chromosome stops me from reading them. ;)

I started using gummy vits (just because I like them) almost immed after out of hospital and tol them well. Dr said there was no need to purchase special vits.

I started at 2wks & that's what the NUT suggested for me.
