My 600 lb life

Just curious to who has watched it and/or not . I just started watching it on tlc last night and could very much relate. It showed the struggles of someone that heavy through 7 years and the ups and downs and everything revolving around bariatric surgery. So if you haven't watched it I suggest it.

I have watched them before. I especially liked Henry's story.

I just watched Melissa's story the other day on Netflix. I wish they put the other stories on there, I don't have cable anymore. But yeah great show.

I watched Melissa's story last week. What an inspiration! I was pleasantly surprised I enjoyed watching it.

Whatever happened to the woman named Ruby, who had a show about losing weight? She wasn't WLS though.

I have been wondering about her too.

I love my 600 lb Life. I was never that big, but I can still relate to their struggles.

Ruby is still around. She's on Facebook and, as far as I know, still working on losing weight. I'm not sure how much she's lost right now, though.

I watched it obsessively for the 4 months before I decided to have VSG. Since surgery, I don't really watch TV anymore. I'm watching DVDs of movies or TV series. I have basic cable and I just can't take the tidal wave of reality shows on food and celebrity wives fighting.
