That is something I would like to know. I am 7 months post op and started losing my hair at about 5 months out.

I am using Revita shampoo it does not stop hair loss but does stimulate the follicles to grow hair. It is working very well. I am not losing a lot but I figure if I can stimulative the follicles to grow while I lose hair maybe I can balance it out some. You can order it on amazon and it is working for me.

Sounds like it's worth a try. I'm going to try it!

I use the shampoo and conditioner. My hair stylist put me on to it after I asked him what I could use. He had been to some seminars on it and used it on some clients that hair pattern baldness and their hair grew back. He absolutely swears by it. He actually tried to tell me I wouldn't need it because he didn't think I would lose hair. Little does he know about what we know! :)

I swear by Revita! Started using it several years ago when my hair started thinning (age related). It's been a god-send since my sleeve surgery. My hair is thinning a bit, but my hairdresser pointed out the little baby hairs that are coming back in.

Be sure to get the Revita Conditioner. And use lots of it. It encourages hair growth and makes the strands thicker. Revita is expensive, but so worth it.

Also, fish oil, Biotin and zinc help prevent hair loss/encourage hair growth.

Yes, it does work great! I already have new growth and am trying to balance the loss with the new growth so I won't end up to thin. Like I said my hair stylist swears by it. Fortunately I have seen for myself that it does work. Amazon is the best price and yes I definitely use the conditioner with it. :)

Can I buy it at wal mart?

No, you can order it on amazon.com just put in Revita shampoo in the search box.
