It sounds like you have no trouble with fluids, what about adding in a protein shake or two throughout your day? I would think that would be an easier way to get some more calories (and protein too)

Hey y'all!!! I had my surgery 7/23/13, so a little over 2 1/2 months and I am down 51 lbs. I feel great! But....I'm stuck in my 2nd stall! My first one lasted 3 longggggg weeks! I tracked my food and I am only getting in 500-600 calories a day. I can't get in anymore because I'm not hungry or if I eat another bite I get nauseated and throw up
any advice on what I should do to over come this stall? I drink A LOT of water, about 100 oz a day so I know I don't have to up my fluid intake. Help!
