Six weeks out I was down about 50 lbs. I was only eating cream of mushroom Soup - about 3/4 can a day and drinking my Protein shakes. I wasn't able to tolerate any other foods except sugar free popsicles and sugar free jell-o. I could nibble on boiled eggs, but it was less than a teaspoon full every once in a while. I had a 1/2 cup container filled with my egg salad mix and it took about 2 days to get it all down.

I was deliriously happy I was eating so little.

I'm 6 weeks out and I've lost 27 lbs since surgery....i eat eggs, fish, I made grilled cheese on a flat out wrap....I made stuffed pepper soup and just are that.....grilled chicken....basically anything I want that's good protein....no room for veggies or carbs

I'm 7 weeks out, and at 6 weeks I had lost about 26 lbs since surgery. I'm also eating eggs, grilled chicken, brussels sprouts, turkey slices, cheese, tuna fish. I am able to eat all kinds of things, just small amounts. I also stay away from breads and white carbs of all kinds.
