I enjoy whatever foods I wish...and what the band allows me to eat...in other words I don't feel guilty with things like chips and salsa, or ice cream etc... For me, this is not a daily, hourly diet

I have found myself recently experiencing food guilt. Not just when I cheat and have something I shouldn't, but virtually every single day. At the end of the day, no matter how well I have eaten, no matter how small my meals have been, I find myself thinking "I ate entirely too much today.", "I'm going to fail if I keep eating like this.", etc. Then I'm shocked out of my mind when I do my weekly weigh in and find I've lost a couple of pounds! haha
Has anybody else experienced this after WLS?
