Love how you put that! I also had rny on Monday. I came home on Tuesday. I've just been learning my new pouch and while I thought I was prepared for how small it would be I am shocked by how quickly I fill up. Even on water. Makes it hard to get in enough protein and liquid. I find that walking is indeed a miracle cure. Like burping a baby!

I can not drink my protein for anything it makes me nauseous :( Idk what to do

Veesoulx3... keep on trying to get your protein and water in no matter what. Sip, sip, sip, sip, sip all day/nite. It is VERY important at this point to get your water in first and protein in 2nd. I know its hard but each day you will be able to do a little more. Hang in there :)

My surg date aug 26 I can't handle the protein shakes so I use the "bullets" they are not the best tasting but you can get 42grams in one bullet. I bought 6 42 grams protein at wal Mart for 15$ little pricey but so worth it!
