need help!

I'm 2week post op I was getting my fluids in well know it seem I can't get in much and when I do my stomach hurts I'm getting back week I'm forcing myself to drink should I call my surgeon or just keep trying to drink I'm sipping slow but minutes later it hurt

call your doctor,, I was told you should get better everyday, not stay the same or go backwards...be safe and call ....

Thanks imma call tomorrow I was just waiting to see if it get better just tried to eat its stuck & my stomach feels tight

Is the liquid hot, warm or cold? During my 1st month, I could not handle ice cold beverages but it got better. It would hurt going down. My stomach would hurt if I tried to put too much liquid in it those first few weeks.

But, just to be on the safe side, call the doctor and let him know whats happening.

He out of town imma try some warm liquid maybe that will help my surgeon out of town til Monday thanks
