Well after 4 months of supervised nut classes and 1 psych eval, tomorrow I meet with the surgeon for my last appt before surgery. I do not have date set yet because surgeon will have to send all my info to my insur company and then I just need to wait for approval. It will be here before I know it!

I haven't had my surgery yet either. I've met with my surgeon, had my first appointment with my nutritionist, had my psych veal today and my second appointment with the nutritionist next week. They will submit to my insurance after that. I've been making a list of questions.

I want to know about recovery time, drain tubes, swimming afterwards...things like that.

Hi all...Hoping to have my surgery in October (4th). I've had my initial meeting with the Dr. and nutritionist, Barium Swallow, EGD, psych eval and testing, and go back for F/U with nutritionist on the 26th! Hopefully I will get my surgery day then!!!! I AM READY!!
