  • I take one big scoop of peanut butter and mix it with coconut and Butterfinger pieces. I then throw it all away and eat purée'd chicken and green beans.

  • Yes, I love frozen bananas with a little peanut butter. Good replacement snack for ice cream.

I keep a "Jif to go" packet with me at all times....just in case I need a snack I'll have some protein and not be tempted to grab something unhealthy. It's gotten me by a few times when I needed some

If you have a whole foods store they also sell it. It was a lot easier for me to find it there.

Do the frozen bananas not hurt your teeth????? B

Nope, though if you have sensitive teeth they might.

I love those little packets. I keep one in my luchbox, along with other non-perishable healthy options. That lunch box goes everywhere with me.

I keep a lot of nonperishable snack stuff in it in my car.... helps when I am running errands and need to snack. If I know I'll be out and about all day I pack a cooler with Water too!

My Grandmother used to tell me "Failure to plan is planning to fail".... means more to me now than it did then!

do you know if it is ok to add 1 tsp-1tbsp of regular peanut butter to a protein shake if you are still in the full liquid stage?? I had surgery on Friday and just looking for some different ways to get my protein in, and to jazz up these shakes a little

If you're blending it, it should be fine. Can't be too thick though.

It's as true now as when she first said it! :-)

Oh yeah ... One spoon is all I need to make me happy.

I bought a high Protein Peanut Butter at nutrition store. It's so good, but only have it about once a month for the taste. Lol, pouch is very picky!
