Anyone eat bread or tortillas?

I am a little over 1 mth post op. Is it ok to have breads yet?

I wish I didn't like surgery. Pre op I would bake 2 loaves of sourdough a week and eat them both with a stick of butter. Yum!!

Have only now started bread and im a little over 3 months post op. I did try earlier and I threw it up. I have had wheat toast with peanut butter the last few days. Very filling and sits well.

I haven't had a problem with breads, but i don't indulge...maybe 1 piece of low carb bread a week.
