Is Something Wrong WIth me?

It seems like anytime I try to eat soup or anything other then my protein shake. I get the worst stomach cramps and end up with diarrhea. It's so frustrating I feel so ill. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm 7 days post op. Am I eating too fast? Or does anyone know what's causing this??

It definitely could be the fat content or eating too fast. During this time you're still healing so you have to remember to take it easy, eat slow. I would get sick as well. Eat jell-o, broths, clear

Whats the fat content of the soup? When I was starting out everything that was above like 5g of fat would make me sick.

You might be eating too fast. Or too much. Take it slow and listen to your body.

Eat jell-o, broths, clear stuff for now and then revisit the creamy stuff like yogurt and cream soups. Eat sugar free Popsicles those will help with dehydration. Some days it was all I could keep down. If it doesn't get better by next week, I would contact your doctor.
