Sweet and refreshing... No sugar added Popsicles 25-30cals depending on flavor). Or Healthy Choice frozen Greek yogurt, if you don't mind more calories (100cals/1/2 cup)

When I crave sweets... I have a fat free, sugar free ice pop....

sugar free/fat free choclate pudding (with protein power added in) works for me when i HAVE to have something choclate!

I am getting so sick of chocolate. I've never been a big chocolate lover but when it comes to shakes and protein powders they seem to be the only ones I like. But I've just about had it with chocolate shakes, Popsicles, and powders. I need to switch it up.

I can't wait for my diet advancement appoint on the 30th. I will finally be able to eat regular foods, such as eggs and fish which I have been craving. Sometimes I do crave sweet also..am a BIG chocolate lover. I bought this sugar free chocolate mouse and rice pudding. I can't really eat the entire thing so I will have about 2 or 3 spoons.
