I've been getting into bad habits too. Missing lunch' date=' snacking on SunChips, and probably too many nuts. We've gotta watch that![/quote']

Me too. Every night for a week or so I've been having three spoon fulls of breyers carb smart ice cream. It only has four grams of sugar in a half a cup and I have no where near that but still. It makes me think I can have all ice cream. Need to break that habit and only have it every once in a while.

How many mg of sodium are you all taking in a day?

I average around 800/900 a day and I am retaining some fluid but that doesn't seem like to much.

???

I consumed 5517mg of potassium in a week.

Not sure how much I should have what's the guideline? Any food suggestions?

How many if you have had lab work done? My surgeon doesn't do it until sometime after 6 months. Don't recall when, but thinking it might be a year. Seems too long to wait. Want to make sure my vitamin levels are good. My GP denied my request for labs.

I'm going in at 3 months to get all my levels checked. Standard procedure at my practice. Maybe your Bari doc will approve the labs?

My surgeon does labs at 6 months post op. My general doctor did them in August. (2 months post op) but she always does the labs every three moths because of the diabetes

I won't have my labs done until 6 months either. Per my surgeon.

So I had an afternoon movie date today. The guy text me all day about how he was looking forward to seeing me. I got to the theater and he never showed up. I called and text and waited 20 mins before I left. As i sat in front of the theater I couldn't help but to feel like the same fat girl who didn't have a prom date. I have to wonder' date='.will I ever stop feeling like the rejected fatty? Even 100 lbs from now will I still have these same evil thoughts?

That is really shitty...of him! He obviously wasnt worth your time! It has not reflection at all on you; it is totally his problem, and his loss! Keep your head up as there are much more deserving men out there! ♥♥

My clinic does it at six months. If you are feeling good, your levels are probably just fine.
