I eat turkey link sausages' date=' but I peel the skin before I eat it, try it next time. I know how you feel, no matter how much you chew or how small the bite, if the pouch don't like it,you suffer for a few hours.[/quote']

ohhhh yea " Le Pouch" was tweaked! it will be awhile before i venture down that lane again. i thank you for the suggestion and will remember it for next time. thanks Cole

Excellent....ooooh thats a lie :-). had a breakfast disaster yesterday. me and my adventerous side decided against the better judgement of my sane side to try a turkey sausage' date=' egg white on a tiny whole wheat bagel.for breakfast. had two very very well chewed bites and it got STUCK like a car on the Schykill expressway (philly ref) it was so bad i had to get off the trolley to get "relief " ....took two hours to get my shit back together again.

i really hate these eating lessons ....... oh well back to scrambled eggs. Damn you Bagels !!!! lol[/quote']

So sorry!! I have been SO careful that I am really beginning to get bored with what I am eating. But I guess adventure has its price!

I love fat free small curd cottage cheese on a slice of whole wheat...it tastes kinda like cream cheese on bagel...My fav breakfast and goes down nice and easy

Preop weight 389 current weight 314...that's 75 lbs lost since RNY 6/11/13

Julee. ill tuck that suggestion away for later. having issues with all items with yeast .....strange stuff. i tolerate flat bread.

Meet with my Nut on the 23rd and the Surheon on the 27th hopefully get some answers but not upset can eat all of the things i need to. ......still lamentimg over the loss of salads, they no longer are my friend.

My doctors office called today and had to move up my 3 month appointment originally scheduled for next week to tomorrow. I desperately wanted to be in onderland by this date. Today I weighed in at 205. UGH!!!!!! I'm so peeved! I hope my doc is happy with my loss. 271 at the end of May to 205ish' date=' not too shabby.

Awesome results!

Hairloss has really kicked in this month. When does it stop? Boy oh boy! Thank God I had thick hair but now my hair stylist is noticing. I haven't told her a thing about surgery.

Finally had food come back up on me for the first time since they fixed my cicatrix and stricture in July. Ugh. Had chicken and cooked broccoli. Must have been the broccoli because I've been eating chicken without problems.

I haven't had any problems either until I had the same meal. I agree that it must be broccoli because chicken has been good to me before!

Just so weird I can eat raw lettuce and peppers and tomatoes and cucumbers but soft steamed broccoli was a problem!

Transformation Tuesday! I'm officially in ONEderland! Starting weight 272 and current weight 199.5. Surgery 6/4/13! Go me!

Congratulations!

You are right' date=' however, I'm doing great, 38 more lbs to go to reach my goal, I hope I can reach it by 6 months, which is in December. I hope everyone is doing very well, Peace!![/quote']

YoColeFleet, congrats on the loss!. You got that next 38!

HOLY MOTHER F****** DUMPING SYNDROME!!! Oh my goodness! I haven't experienced this until today. I got stupid and decided to try an oatmeal breakfast cookie that I made my fiancé. I am SO sick! My heart is pounding out of my chest and I vomited twice. Yuck. I was worried I would never have this for accountability' date=' but whoa was I wrong! Never. EVER. Again.[/quote']

I have never had dumping syndrome either. I'm 5 months. How far we're u whenvucgot your first. And believe me if had little bites of things and no ill effects.

This is wonderful even if it isn't ONEderful!

I started losing hair this month too. Admittedly, I wasn't taking my vitamins as I should and even those I was taking didn't have biotin and a zinc.

Hi Junies! I'm doing ridiculously well' date=' in fact maybe too well...been falling into some bad food habits. Some things like crackers and even candy go down soooo easily. I'm clearly not a 'dumper', so I have to watch the sugar!

I'm vegetarian -pescatarian really, shellfish only- and for protein I do yogurt, beans, and nuts mostly, plus one 30 gram protein shake in the morning. In restaurants I do well with shrimp, scallops, and mussels. I'm loving eating salad again too, kind of crave it.

Having trouble with getting many veggies in, but once again I think it's bad habits as opposed to them disagreeing with me.

Soooo...gotta work on the food it never ends! Down 68 lbs though![/quote']

I've been getting into bad habits too. Missing lunch, snacking on SunChips, and probably too many nuts. We've gotta watch that!
