I drank v8 as my " cheat".... my nut was fine with it as long as it was just a little bit each day. It gave me a break from the sweet taste of the shakes. I'm not a sweet fan.

I personally can't wait until Tuesday. This starvation diet is getting old. Fast

I hear ya, I have till the 18th. Lord help me!!

My nut gave me permission for pickles because they have sodium and no calories. . It made it so much easier and changed nothing in my weightloss... I lost 18lbs in 2 weeks. HW 270 before preop diet 243 day of surgery 225. My doc was very happy with that
