Hello

I just found this app. I am new to things like this. However I have my surgery scheduled for June 11th and it's exciting. I see my surgeon for pre-op on Monday. I believe I will end up starting my two week diet on or the day after my 30th birthday. I hope to go into my 30s more healthy and I am sure more happy. I can not wait to exercise without this load on me. I'm sure my body will not look perfect but I will be able to do much more than I can now which is exciting. I cannot ride my bicycle so that is one of my goals and who knows maybe I will like it so much that I will find other bike people to ride with. We will see. It has to be better than where I am now.

Welcome to the group! You will learn a lot here. I would check for a June group and join there. You will find people who are having their surgeries around you, and you can go thru it together!

Good luck. Hope all goes well for you. Xxxx
