Constantly feeling cold

Am I the only person experiencing this? I am currently in bed and cannot sleep. I am wearing a fleece coat, tank top and sweat pants and am lying under three blankets. My sleeping boyfriend is next to me nude with just the sheet on and is sweating. I've never been a person to feel cold all the time but this is driving me nuts already and I only had my surgery last week Wednesday.

That's me im.hot at night but them freeze all day lol im hoping it will help in the summer so in not always sweating lol

I'm almost 1 yr out and I just bought electronic heating blanket on amazon! Best investment ever. Also - if you have a lot of fat/ tissue/ weight around you butt, when that goes away, you may start having tailbone sitting issues.

All the time I'm freezing. It's almost 70 today and I'm under a blanket shivering right now.

Lol I am sitting at my doctors office board an freezing so I got on here to catch up in post and I found this one. I am always cold goose bumps even when I am bundled up. I am looking forward to summer hoping that will be better.

I am 14 months out, my thermometer says my house is 74 degrees and I AM COLD! At night when I get into bed my husband doesn't want my hands or feet near him because he says I'm freezing LOL! I am always cold, but then again I was always cold pre-op. But now I get to the point where my teeth chatter and everything. My labs are all fine so I'm just hoping once I get to goal my body will catch up and I won't be so cold anymore! I'm glad I live in the southern states now because if I still lived in NY I'd probably be dying!

I welcome the coldness. I've been non stop over heating everyday for over two years. It wouldn't matter if i was sittingwith the ac blasting. My arms, neck, and face flushed and sweat dripping. I've done so many medical tests the past two years looking for answers. Do bring on the cold I'm ready!

I sleep with a heating pad and several layers... When I started this journey I was going through menopause.... So I like this better cause I'd rather make a cup of tea and wear a sweatshirt then have to blow dry my hair cause I just had a hot flash.. Surgery and menopause... Perfect timing!

Yes I never was a cold natured person. Always was hot and needed air all in the winter, but now I'm ways cold with the least little breeze.

you guys mentioned Iron has something to do with it tat worries me Im anemic and Im frezzing all the time even when its high 80's I cant keep warm. it was 87 outside and I was wearing 2 shirts swett pants and socks and I was still cold. the light of the sun actually felt good.

I go to work wearing two layers of clothes and a heating pad at my desk. I have heated my blanket at night with a blow dryer( my family thinks I'm nutts) but you learn to deal with the cold. Did I mention I live in Hawaii, it's crazy you learn to bring a jacket every where you go.

Yes I'm always cold but it's getting better now. My hands are always ice cold. My body is starting to adjust.

I wouldn't have thought that it being 90degrees outside....76 in my house that I would still be cold!!!! Last year I would have been dying and had the AC on full blast. I can get used to this and enjoy my summer. Maybe get a tan too!!! Lol.
