Just had to share my news!!! Today is a great day! Had my 3 month post op appointment today and I'm out of the 200's . It's been at least 18 years .. And it feels wonderful!!!

March of 2012 I was 286 ( my heaviest) surgery date was Jan 7th 2013 I was 240 and today 3 months post op I am 197 lbs

30 more pounds to go !!!
