    According to my surgeon, as long as you have lost at least 50 lbs in 6 months you are average. Most lise more than that though! I will ne 6 months on march 25 and have lost 70

I am 7 mos out come this Friday I was 270 dos and currently 159 so 111 lbs since surgery and a total loss of 142 lbs (started process at 301)

We are pretty close. My surgery was 11-19 and I am down almost 55 since surgery and almost 68 altogether. I am averaging about 10 pounds per month now so a 100 will be a while for me but I hope you do it!!
