its been awhile !

hey folks its been awhile since ive posted .just busy living life enjoying the benefits of my surgery ! march 18 will be six months post op for me .im so thankfull i did this its not easy by anymeans but its been well worth it so far.i started my journey at 545lbs yes iknow thats beyond huge !! so as of today im 363 lbs still huge by todays standards but im a work in progress .had my first round of lab work post op and im off all meds !!!!!!! my a1c went from 6.4 to 5 no longer diabetic no need for blood pressure meds either ! my pants size has gone from a 56 to a 46 .and from a 6xlt shirts to 4 xlt im getting ever closer to my goal of 295 .and yes all aspects off my life are way better !!so to all my sept surgery freinds keep on keeping on !! and to those of you considering rny surgery i would do it again in a heartbeat ... thanks for listening !!! Lou..
