I walked the hood tonight with my boy....realized the walk that 2 months ago took 35 minutes and left me exhausted now takes 22 minutes and I was still ready to roll...that one snuck up on me!!!!! You're in good company, ladies. Two months and 30 lbs.

How do u guys put that body weight ticker on?

Surgery 2/14-217 , CW 191 GW 140

Upper right of the page, click on the drop-down arrow by your name, and go to My Tickers.

Me, too! Two months-30 lbs. stalled for the first time this week. Ughhhh!!

Hmmm.....lotsa calories but low enough carbs my picky butt might can have 1 for Breakfast and not dump.....interesting! What's your favorite flavor???

I like the vanilla and Peanut Butter. They are a little over 200 calories but it's an entire meal for me. I suffer from reflex vomiting and extreme nausea. I'm lucky to keep down 500 calories per day. These are one of the few things I can keep down. Best tasting too by a long shot.

Surgery date Feb 1 down 34 lbs. I feel the same, it is slow but it it's fine forever!

I did the first night of Zombie 5K tonight....at the soccer fields while my son was practicing.....I RAN IN PUBLIC!!!!!!! (I just didn't make eye contact) I do kinda wish people knew when I started running it was because there were zoms growling in my ear :D

And sadly, the belly has made a dramatic shift south this week....while I realize I means there's less fat in there...well...it's UGLY!!!!!!

You just gave me the inspiration I needed to get back on the ball! I was out of town for almost a week, and although my SIL took me on crazy 4.5 mile walks two nights, it's not the same as training to RUN. I was about to do day 2 of week 2, but had lost my motivation. I work crazy hours Wednesday and Thursday, but I will run on Friday and Sunday, and you can hold me to that. :)

I think I'll do tues/thurs while I'm at the soccer field and then sat and or sun..the first time I took off running I was mortified, by the end I was like 'whatever!' My child, bless him, complimented me on my running form :D

I was actually told by my dr, and nutritionist, not to bother running. They said you get the same workout by walking briskly without the harsh impact on the knees. I had been thinking about taking up running.
