I know inspure you can, they don't taste that great. But I deal with the taste cause I'm so afraid of losing my hair.

Yes protein shakes are OK with ebt I have bought them before with my ebt and plan to get some more this weekend. I don't know specifically about the powder I can't remember but the shakes are OK. Also u can just pick up one first n see if u can buy it with the ebt. Hope this helps
