Do you eat crackers?

When did people start eating crackers and what kind did you try? I need something to put my laughing cow cheese or hummus on. I don't want to push boundaries though, I'm only 4 weeks out

My nutritionist told me about pita chaos. The brand is Stacy's. They make different flavors. I eat the simply naked with sea salt. For about ten chips is 3g of protein, less than 1g of sugar. I put my laughing cow cheese in it. Or have taco meat over 4 or 5 chips for taco salad, except no salad yet. You can buy these in the deli area if grocery stores and also Sam's club has them.

Try cucumber slices as chips! Get the crunch without all the processed junk and carbs.

Ill have a few water crackers with my cheese or lunch meat. On my plan I am allowed starches/carbs after protein. I get my protein in so a few crackers are fine to make it easier. Rem. all plans are different. If you are unsure check with your dr or NUT.

peppridge farm multi grain crackers they are so thin and crunchy and very low calories
