Stall

I am 3 and 1/2 weeks post op and I have not lost any weight for over a week. Frustrating!! I don't understand how I can eat so little, walk, and still not lose weight. I am getting 35 to 50g of Protein in and plenty of Water. I was expecting stalls, but not so soon. Anyone else experiencing this?

I stalled at three weeks too. I was so frustrated. And I also gain every PMS cycle. So the scale was up a pound today. It is really frustrating but I am trying not to get upset.

We can do this!!

Stalled at 3 weeks and now at 8 weeks, seem to have stalled again for the past week

I haven't weighed since last Friday. I'm a little nervous about stepping on scale this Friday. Please let it go down!
