  1. I'm from aus. 6 months post op..down 32 kgs
  2. I had open surgery, my scar hurts all the time if I lie down for a while, and sit up, I get stabby pains...My scar is awful and I think it's still healing underneath. 6 months post op.
  3. My username is glassey on MFP. My diary is shared!
  4. The weight will drop fast at first. In a month or so, it will slow a bit..then a bit more...Be excited...!
  5. Wish we could get these in Australia, but the postage is unbelievable..
  6. I have just started juicing but I am worried about the cals/sugar. I have a centrifugal juicer, no pulp.. I think to myself, why dont I just eat those veggies, then I wouldnt be hungry, and same amount of vitamins with the fibre as well.. I think it's a gimmick at the moment.
  7. It's probably Iron related...
  8. Yes, Must add, I got my period in the hospital after surgery, it was Awful. Then again about 2 weeks after that when I was at home, then I had 1 normal one, then nothing since....very screwed up.
  9. I have had 1 period in December, after surgery in November..nothing since...I don't even care...I just assumed it was due to the stress of losing the weight
  10. Please add me to the facebook group!. Ann-Marie Glassey. I am in Australia
  11. Totally normal, I am 9 weeks out still dont feel hungry nor full...
  12. I am 9 weeks post op and I have stalled for the past 4 weeks. I have lost 1kg in 4 weeks..thats not enough after what I went through..I am feeling very frustrated and disillusioned at the moment. I am eating right, drinking water, and every day the same or up a bit or down a bit...I dunno what to do.
  13. Am at 9 weeks and have been stalled more or less for 3 of those. Ive lost a little bit in the last few weeks, 1lb or 2, but I expected to lost 2lb a week or more...I am not eating any crap, I am eating lots of protein, I am under 900 calories a day. I am SO disappointed that Ive gone through all this for such little loss..I had a LOT of complications from the surgery and nearly died, but I recovered and I am going mental here wondering what else I can do. I guess the issue is that I dont want to go back to the surgeon with small loss..and have him say that it's not good enough..It seems I only lose weight when I eat nothing!. Getting all my protein and water, but frustrated every day...Ive lost more weight on diets without the gut rearranging...
  14. I have to add to this thread..I was a pain in the bum in hospital..but you know what it was from?. The medication they gave me, Oxycodone and Morpheine caused me to be paranoid, delusional and I was just not on earth for at least a week....I am embarrassed by my actions and what I said to the nurses and others...So people who are loud and complaining, give them a break, they may be under the influence of some drugs and not know what they're doing or saying...
  15. Stalled at 3 weeks and now at 8 weeks, seem to have stalled again for the past week
  16. My Myfitnesspal name is glassey, I would love some friends!!. I am in Australia. Can you make your diary viewable to friends?. Otherwise, what can we see? Nothing really... Cheers!
