I was the same way. I think we are just absorbing everything we drink. I know I was one step ahead all the time of dehydration even though I tried to drink all day long.

some days are more than others, when i notice it isn't very often I up the fluids, I know if I am peeing that I am hydrated. I think my number one goal from the beginning was not to get dehydrated. Still is. That scares me. SO drink drink drink

I know they say you don't have enough fluid if your pee s darkish yellow. Mine is either a clear or pale. Hope dr oz is right lol

This has been my problem too, only going about 4 times a day. I went to the doctor last week because of it and also, my pee has been almost dark brown and smelly. Come to find out, I have a bad bladder infection and the dark color is from blood. He's doing a culture to make sure everything is ok.
