I am but its more for crunchy things like those hot cheese its . I did have about 4 bites of weight watchers string cheese so far no problem and they were very small and chewed the hell out of it. I want toast or those wheat melba toast lol. But i gotta save up my first meal snack what ever will be my own salsa . And getting those low carb tortillas and baking them in the oven.

Lol... Too funny

Found out today I have bronchitis and I started eating lemon and salt... Come to find out eating lemons helped with the bronchitis.... Didn't know that

I'm dying for a pickle. Maybe next week when veggies are ok'd.

Salt is still cyclic for me. I have found if I address it I lose the urge to dump salt directly on my tongue. Lol. If I eat well seasoned food it happens less.

.

This is humorous. I too have been craving salt for weeks! I've been licking the salt off pretzel sticks then throwing the rest away..
