hello from PA

One month today!!! I've had my ups and downs. I'm still trying to get into a routine since I started back to work. I get fustrated because I lost 16 lbs the first week and a half now I'm stuck at the same weight for the past 2 1/2 weeks. When will I loose again?

I tried scrambled eggs as they were on my list to have, but they got stuck and it was the most miserable 6 hours! I heard that a regular egg over easy is easier to digest. What kind of chicken..like canned or regular? Wow, that would be great to get to eat chili without using a blender..lol... I have been having trouble drinking my protein shakes..they just make me gag, but from what i've read, lots of people go through that stage and just to push on..I guess some is better than none..

Remember to chew everything 20-30 times this makes it easier to swallow. Also make sure when you eat meat it is moist or you have gravy. I've had chicken legs and some breast meat but I found its easier to get the dark meat down because it has a moist texture...I like soft cook eggs but I like them with toast so those are out for me. I would imagine it would be easier to get that down.

Great, thanks for all the advice!
