Not feeling well

I've had 4 bm's diarrhea. Now my tummy feels crappy! I'm 12 days post op. I ate laughing cow cheese lite Swiss and butternut squash soup made by V8. Is this late dumping?

It could be I haven't vomit in a while & yesterday hours after eating I was vomiting but I feel I over ate just by like 3 bites. I missed the full feeling since I was enjoying my meal.

What was sugar content in the soup? I found at the very early weeks I had hardly any sugar tolerance--I'm 10 weeks now and it's better

I almost ate that soup at three weeks. Glad I didn't.
