October Dates

Surgery Oct. 2..down 60 pounds and been stalled for 2 weeks. Finally lost couple of pounds this week but wasn't eating enough ...#happyforbreakingthe250!! :)

You are doing fantastic !! Please dont get discouraged over not losing weight. I had a 2 month stall, I am almonst 9 months post op and in Aug.& Sept. I did not lose. To jump start my weight loss again I started exercising more... please don't eat less, that is the worst thing you can do. You put your body in starvation mode, your metabolishm slows, you need to either eat different foods, exercise more or do different things etc. We all have the stalls you just have to stay focused while you are in them and not freak that you are not losing. It takes time to get where you want to be in your weight it does not come overnight. You have lost 60 lbs and that is amazing keep it up but don't eat less just try different things and you will do fine :)
