Hi! Welcome! I'm four weeks out tomorrow too! I'm on straight Water right now. I can't do crystal light anymore. I bought a two great cookbooks on amazon. One is weight loss cookbook for dummies. The other eating well after WLS actually breaks each recipe down by stages, purée soft, etc.

This is a great place for info. Check out the nov post op thread in Post Op.

Awesome, I will check it out!

How are you feeling are you eating normal foods? Breakfast is one of my worse meals it seems like I can only have a small piece of cheese and some hot (sugar free nestle chocolate), how about you any troubles or complications are uou working out yet?

Thanks for your respinse! :)

Welcome to the group! Congrats on your surgery

Welcome.... I love the lipton tea mango/pineapple packets to flavor my water, they are like 5 calories and taste great. They taste more natural and less chemically than crystal lite.
