How do u know

How do you know when your full I don't even know I am hungry? Surgery was Nov. 29 was 258 then came home at 268 they pump u full of h20 and gas now down to 247.YEAH!

Try making the mashed potatoes or oatmeal & freezing it in ice cube trays. That way you just have to pop them out & microwave them. I just did this with turkey from Boston Market. I puréed it with some gravy & froze it in the trays. I pop 2 out, put it in the microwave & voila 2 ozs of protein!

that is an awesome idea, I start puree tomorrow. I just may have to do something like that. I think planning ahead and being prepared with what we are going to eat could be key in this journey.
