I Had Surgery The 21St.

Down 10lbs. I am a little worried i gag when drinking the protein shakes. is there another supplement like pill for that i can take.

    I would try a pre-mixed shake-they have a smoother, creamier texture and I think made it more soothing. I relied on Ensure High Protein for my liquid stage as directed by my dr. Tastes yummy too--chocolate flavor.
