Went to the mall to shop for my mother's bday gift today. I felt like I'd been locked in jail for weeks. I didn't last very long, about an hour, but I think it's a step back to normal.

I have not been out since my surgery besides the food store and the doctors. I finally got my eyebrows done yesterday. felt great. getting my hair trimmed up and colored tomorrow. I haven't worn jeans since my surgery (nov 2nd). I would love to put on a pair and feel good and dress myself up for thanksgiving but I'm afraid of my messing up my my cuts. lol.

Awwww.... Once you venture out it feels good so you do it a bit more each time you go out. In a very short time you will be back to normal.

I could not wear jeans for a long while just because of the way all my jeans waist band landed right on my incisions. Stretchy pants rule once your incisions are healing you can then were jeans. Just try them on now.. and ware them, sit down in them etc. just to make sure.... kind of test drive them

i tried the jeans any it is too tight at the front of my belly where i have two of the biggest incisions, so i didn't do it. that was last week so i will try them on again tomorrow.

I wore my sisters maternity jeans for 3 weeks after surgery no shame i was comfy and stylish.
