Good morning :-). Well it has been 8 days and I've lost an amazing 28 lbs at 316. Before my surgery I was nearly able to walk more than 5 min. My main reason for my weight loss was due to chronic back pain. Ive had 3 major back surgery, and currently have the disc above my rods and screws that is bulging and pressing against my ciatic nerves to both my Legs.

Now my pain has dropped significantly. Yesterday I walked for nearly10 min and felt amazing. My goal is to reach 200lbs.

Please don't think I'm bragging. I'm putting this out as a motivator for everyone

Going through these issues. For all who are waiting for Approval, stay positive, and dont get caught into eating what ever you want thinking ill loose it after surgery like I did while dealing with myPTSD and panic attacks ideal with since returning from Viet Nam. I'm a Former Marine. If I can help contact me. Remember never give up, and the future is only going to get better.
